If there’s something I’ve grown up on, apart from mother’s love and street food; it’s movies. Movies were my first encounter with bewliderment. My first toy before I got a plastic He-man. Over the years, they’ve transcended from being a mere source of entertainment to education about the self and world around. There have often been times when I’ve seen myself better in the dark of a theatre, than in most places. This blog’s my excuse to prostrate before some of the greatest masters of cinema, who constantly keep chiseling my perceptions about right, wrong, love, friendship and God with their works of art.
